The 'Level One' is made with natural rubber tapped from rubber trees, a renewable resource so you don't have to worry about the toxins in your mat. Containing no PVC, EVA or other synthetic rubbers. At 4mm thick, the Level One is slightly thinner than the Harmony mat and measures at 4mm Thick, 60cm Wide and 172.7cm Long.

Please note: the Level 1 is constructed in a "single-pass" with the reinforcing scrim on the bottom of the mat rather than the middle.
