Made from heavy-duty PE plastic, the stand is built to withstand moderate gusts of wind and is anti-fade. To use, simply fill with water through the fill spout and insert your umbrella. When fully filled, the base weighs a sturdy 23kg. When the day is done, simply empty the base and carry it home using the convenient hand grips.
