The Equipmed Comfortline series is a premium extra-wide wheelchair. With a powder-coated aluminium design weight is kept to a minimum, yet it is strong enough to accommodate passengers of up to 150kg.
Fold up footrests enable easier access on and off the wheelchair. The comfy padded seat with its extra accommodating 56cm width and generously proportioned backrest offer a comfortable ride. And, thanks to the 2 second folding action, it makes for a relaxing day out for any helpers, too! They can activate the easy access dual brakes to safely go down hills and ramps, while dual parking brakes can lock the wheels into position – a perfect time to pull out some reading material from the backrest pouch!
The large 24” rear tyres roll the wheelchair smoothly over the bumps on a range of surfaces. Not only that, they also offer the practicality of not requiring to be refilled with air and will never experience a puncture!
