Please note:
- This collar is only operated manually and not automatically when the dog is barking, hence the long range remote.
- Within 24 hours, you should not use it continuously for more than 12 hours.
- Only suitable for use on dogs more than 6 months old and over a weight of 3.5 Kgs.
- Wash your dog’s neck and clean the mist sprayer’s sensor every week (do not use water cleaning).
- When you first place this on your dog, please monitor your dog for a few days.
- Check and avoid too much pressure, needs to have a minimum a finger width space between it and the dog's neck.
- This mist sprayer collar has a great capacity, it can spray for an average of 30 times when it is full (1.5 times more than other brands).
- Please do not attempt to fix it or disassemble it yourself.
- When refilling the citronella, please ensure that the unit is turned off and completely drained of air before refilling. You can do this by pushing the injection valve twice using a small screw driver.
