If you have a small business that sends its products out to customers, calculating postage can feel tedious and stressful without the right equipment. Our digital scale allows you to weigh small letters, parcels and large boxes all on the same device, and can handle packages weighing up to 40kg. This saves you from having to have multiple scales for different-sized packages, giving you more time to invest back into your business.

We know that when you work from home, space is precious. Our scale is compact so you can easily store it in between uses or designate a permanent space on your desk for it. It has large buttons and a clear digital display, making it quick and easy to weigh your parcel and have accurate information when paying for postage.

You can use the scales with an AC power adaptor or, if you are short on outlets, 6 standard AA batteries. To save on power, the scales will automatically turn themselves off after a period of inactivity. The weighing scales measure 26.5cm (L) x 22cm (W) x 6.5cm (H), keeping them compact if you are short on desk space. They weigh just 1.3kg too, making them easy to move around your home office space.

When you move the scales to another surface, they will auto-calibrate to give you an accurate reading. The display is backlit to make it easier to distinguish each weight as well. For parcels weighing up to 5kg, it has 5g resolution and for heavier parcels weighing up to 40kg, it has 10g resolution. For the larger parcels that obscure the display, you can use the auto hold feature from 10g and upwards. It comes with an overload indicator and an adjustable holder for parcel tubes.

Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-7 days for your order to arrive at the USA (varies from product to product). Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
