The squat stands are an extremely heavy duty alternative to a power rack. The squat stands are heavy duty uprights with an extremely stable base that can be moved and adjusted to almost any exercise that you could do in a power rack. Although extremely heavy duty, these stand can be stacked beside one another to minimize floor space.
