How to Use:

1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut on the top.
2. Open the round wooden cover and pour in your peppercorns, sea salt, or other seasonings.
3. Screw the cover back on and secure the top nut.
4. For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise.
5. For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise.
6. Turn the cover clockwise to grind the seasonings and release their fresh aroma.

Note:

• Please turn the cover clockwise during grinding.
• Salt and peppercorns not included.
• Do not screw too tightly to avoid damaging the abrassive core.
