How to use:
Slice: Turn the big knob and select the thickness you want (0.5-8mm).
Juliennes: Rotate the left small knob and the rignt small knob 360 degree respectively, then press back into the knob slot. The large knob is recommended to be adjusted between 0-4 level.
Strips: Rotate the left small knob 360 degree then press back into the knob slot. The large knob is recommended to be adjusted between 4-8 level.
Thick Dices: Rotate the left small knob 360 degree clockwise and press it back into the knob slot.
Fine Dices: Rotate the left and right small knob 360 degree clockwise and press it back into the knob slot.
