Important Reminders

• Complete a warm water rinse on each bag prior to first use to remove manufacturing residue odours
• Fully engage and close the self-seal zipper before tilting the pouch to prevent liquid spillage
• Do not expose the silicone bag to extreme high or low temperatures beyond its safe working range
• Leave sufficient empty headroom inside bags before freezing food; overfilling will force the seal open during expansion
• Partially unzip the seal to create a steam vent gap when reheating food inside a microwave
• When boiling food inside the pouch, suspend the bag above pot base and keep far from open flames to avoid melting damage
• Not compatible with conventional ovens, open flame cooking or air fryers; these appliances produce excessive heat
• Avoid cutting food with sharp knives directly inside the pouch, sharp edges can puncture silicone material
• Do not store strong chemical solvents, high-alcohol liquids or heavily pigmented oily foods long-term, which may cause permanent staining and persistent odour retention
• Dark rich sauces such as tomato paste and curry may leave faint temporary discolouration marks; this is a normal silicone material characteristic
• Fully air-dry all pouches completely before folded storage to prevent trapped moisture and mould growth
• This silicone pouch is a reusable consumable product; gradual zipper wear, minor surface scratches and slight softening after prolonged use are normal – replace once sealing performance fails
• Store silicone bags away from unsupervised young children to eliminate choking hazards from broken small silicone fragments
• Slight minor colour tone differences between product photos and physical pouches may appear across separate production batches
