1. The motor should avoid water.
2. Please note that the milk bottle should not be filled too full and it need a little more space to prevent motor damaged by water.3. Please note that the new type and old type of this product will be sent randomly, and make sure you will not mind before ordering.
4.Motor not working: Remove the black cover plate on the motor from the side, and check if the motor wires are loose. Replace the power adapter and check if the power supply is damaged. Pump working, but the milk cup has no suction or weak suction: Remove the black cover plate above the pump from the side, and check if the suction tube of the pump is loose, or if the white pump head is cracked. If there are no issues, check if the pipe connector is securely plugged.
