Logistics & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from local warehouses within Australia. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You may use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.

We work with multiple courier companies to provide reasonable shipping rates and quality delivery services. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery location.

Due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be combined into a single shipment and may be dispatched in separate parcels. Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia.

After full payment has been received, orders will generally be dispatched within 1–3 business days. If re-delivery or a change of delivery address is required after dispatch, additional shipping charges will apply.

If you decide you no longer want the product after receiving it and request a return, the actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping and after-sales service terms outlined above.

Change of Mind Returns

Jovizon accepts returns for change of mind, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order;

2. The product is brand new, unused, unworn, unopened, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Any security seals must remain intact and undamaged;

3. The product remains in a resalable condition;

4. The product has not been damaged in any way.

If the product is supplied in sealed packaging and the seal has been broken or opened, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes all risks associated with the return shipment. If the returned product is not received by us, the return request will be deemed invalid and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will only be processed after we have successfully received and inspected the returned product and confirmed that it fully complies with the return conditions stated above.

If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this return policy, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to the designated address.

Wrong Item, Defective Product or Damaged Product

Our quality control team inspects all products prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect in model, style, or specification, please contact us promptly so that we can arrange an appropriate return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
