This brand new Chicken Plucking Machine is a tub style chicken plucker made from stainless steel and lined with rubber fingers, appropriate for removing the feathers of medium and larger birds such as chicken, turkey, duck and goose.

The plucker is not only great for plucking Chickens, Bantam Chickens, Turkey, Guinea Fowl, and other similar sized birds including game birds after hunting, but also for ducks and Geese. Otherwise, please keep in mind this is a chicken plucker and will not pluck a duck or goose super clean due to the downey feathers.

Simply grab a garden hose, turn on the plucker, add a bird, spray water into the drum, and a few seconds later you will have a perfectly plucked bird, ready for further processing and packaging. Pluck 2 to 4 chickens at a time, but we always recommend plucking one at a time so you are not over bruising your poultry.

Operation

As you activate the machine via the simple ON/OFF switch, the base begins to rotate, causing the fingers to pluck the feathers in less than a minute. This rotation speed can be easily adjusted by tightening or loosening the belt nut underneath the machine. This essential time saving device can process one bird in seconds and means you no longer need to pluck feathers by hand. It is ideal for use in the farming industry or even in an abattoir business.

Each plucker is made by hand,one at a time. These are not made in a massive factory with heavy machinery. The pluckers travel a great distance prior to being shipped out here. For these reasons you can expect to see small scratches, minor dings, scuffs, finger prints, and possibly a sharp edge or two. We look them over as best as we can prior to shipping. Please agree to and understand that you will see the blemishes mentioned on your plucker when receiving. But please also understand you will be receiving a stainless steel plucker that works great, at the lowest price, and will save you a ton of manual labor.
