Use Method:

1. open the spout
*After use, press the spout side to close it.
2. pour into cap
Pour up to an appropriate amount of 10mL (10mL line on the measuring cup).
3. Put it in your mouth, rinse for 20 seconds, spit it out, and brush.
There is no need to rinse with water after use. If you are concerned about it, the effect will continue even if you rinse it with water.
