1. Measure frame size and shape
Note round diameter or oval length × width before you shop. Measure pole height and entry position so the new enclosure aligns with your existing sockets.
2. Net mesh, UV rating and zippers
Prefer tight mesh that still lets air through, UV-stabilised thread, and robust zippers or overlapping entry flaps. Coastal yards need extra UV and rust resistance on poles.
3. Pads, poles and spring coverage
Safety pads should fully cover springs. If pads are torn, replace them with the net. Check that pole caps and foam sleeves are intact after summer storms.
4. Placement, anchors and care
Sit the trampoline on level ground away from fences and trees. Use anchors in windy regions, rinse salt spray, and store spare nets dry out of direct sun.
